Luis's tenure at SAHCC includes pivotal positions such as Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Economic Development, and Vice President of Membership, where he played a key role in advancing the Chamber’s mission. Beyond the Chamber, he co-founded and served as CEO of Modern Managed IT, a leading tech company, and previously led the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as President & CEO from 2017 to 2020.
